By running a little and walking as much as you need in between, it will be easy to reach your running target. This time is broken down into short running intervals. Everyone else who is participating will get a certificate.

Male/Female 1st, 2nd, 3rd place students will get Medals. Overall Male/Female students will get trophies. Weekly shout-outs will be on Monday for top male/female with most miles.

They should move as many miles as they can for the 10 weeks. Students should take at least two photos of them out on their run/walk (one photo in March and the other in April) to highlight the program and, aditionally, POW would like to take a group photo (if possible) at the end of the program. Students can see the leaderboard via the app at any time. The mileage will start on March 1st and ends May 7th and is tracked through an app. The program is designed to run for 10 weeks.
